Insurance.co.uk is an insurance comparison site launched by Lloyds TSB. I worked closely with another agency responsible for the site branding and page template, the objective was to create internal pages and the quote form based on the elements provided, whilst ensuring the customer journey was clear and simple. As part of a team there was an intensive information architecture process before designing the pages to ensure the quote forms were well structured and intuitive to reduce drop out rate. I had sole responsibility for the front-end website build using CSS to accessibility level 1, working closely with .NET developers to achieve the end result.
